Last Sunday i took up my civil service examination in URS Morong, i woke early in the morning because the time was 7am but when im in the exam room the proctor starts our exam at 9am. they dont have enough knowledge to give us the proper information. They dont know what they are doing. Anyway the exam was so difficult.
