Processor Bugs

Processor manufacturers use specialized equipment to test their own processors, but you have to settle for a little less. The best processor-testing device to which you have access is a system that you know
is functional; you then can use the diagnostics available from various utility software companies or your system manufacturer to test the motherboard and processor functions. Companies such as Diagsoft, Symantec, Micro 2000, Trinitech, Data Depot, and others offer specialized diagnostics software that can test the system, including the processor. If you don’t want to purchase this type of software, you can perform a quick-and-dirty processor evaluation by using the diagnostics program supplied with your system.Perhaps the most infamous of these bugs is the floating-point division math bug in the early Pentium processors. This and a few other bugs are discussed in detail later in this chapter. Because the processor is the brain of a system, most systems don’t function with a defective processor. If a system seems to have a dead motherboard, try replacing the processor with one from a functioning motherboard that uses the same CPU chip. You might find that the processor in the original board is the culprit. If the system continues to play dead, however, the problem is elsewhere, most likely in the motherboard, memory, or power supply. I must say that in all my years of troubleshooting and repairing PCs, I have rarely encountered defective processors. A few system problems are built in at the factory, although these bugs or design defects are rare. By learning to recognize these problems, you can avoid unnecessary repairs or replacements. Each processor section describes several known defects in that generation of processors, such as the infamous floating-point error in the Pentium.

My Favorite Song

WHEREVER YOU WILL GO
By: The Calling

So lately, been wondering,
Who will be there to take my place
When I'm gone, you'll need love
To light the shadows on your face
If a great wave shall fall
It would fall upon us all
and between the sand and stone
Could you make it on your own

If I could, then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
Way up high, or down low
I'll go wherever you will go

And maybe, I'll find out
The way to make it back someday
To watch you, to guide you
Through the darkest of your days
If a great wave shall fall
It would fall upon us all
Well then I hope there's someone out there
Who can bring me back to you

If I could, then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
Way up high, or down low
I'll go wherever you will go

Runaway with my heart
Runaway with my hope
Runaway with my love

I know now, just quite how
My life and love might still go on
In your heart, in your mind
I'll stay with you for all of time

If I could, then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
Way up high, or down low
I'll go wherever you will go

If I could turn back time
I'll go wherever you will go
If I could make you mine
I'll go wherever you will go
I'll go wherever you will go

A Song for my future Baby

Mae and I are really excited to welcome our first baby…she will be named kashieka chloe, her nickname is KC.I don’t know what will be my reaction to see her,but for sure I will be the proudest dad then.let me share to you a song from creed dedicated to KC.

When I just heard the news today
it seems my life is gonna change
I close my eyes, begin to pray
Then tears of joy stream down my face

With arms wide open
Under the sunlight
Welcome to this place
Ill show you everything
With arms wide open

Well,I don’t know if im ready
To be the man I want to be
Ill take you here
Ill take you by my side
We stand alone,we’ve created life

If I just had one wish
Only one demand
I hope she’s not like me
I hope she’ll understand
That she can take this life
And hold it by her hand
With arms wide open

With arms wide open, that’s the title of it. A meaningful song, everybody can relate.

Car Insurance Rate

Your driving record. Your record plays a crucial role in determining premiums. If you’ve been involved in an accident that was determined to be your fault or if you have traffic convictions on your record, you may pay more for your insurance. That’s because statistics indicate such drivers generally have repeat accidents or violations within three years. For drivers with poor records who cannot find coverage, there are state-regulated insurance plans called “assigned risk pools” or “shared markets.” In these plans, the state assigns a company to provide coverage for a high-risk driver.
Your family members. Insurance premiums not only reflect your age, gender and driving record, but those of other licensed drivers in your household as well. A teenage son who drives your car or a spouse with a poor driving record is likely to increase your insurance rates.
The car you drive. Certain car models may be considered risky because they cost a lot to repair, are frequently involved in accidents or are popular with car thieves. Owning one of these cars may double your collision and comprehensive premiums. High-performance cars and sports cars, for example, usually cost more to insure. Keep this in mind when shopping for a car to prevent costly surprises when it comes time to insure it.
Marital status. Statistically, young married drivers have fewer accidents than young single drivers, so they generally pay lower premiums.
Where you live. Rates are regulated on a state-by-state basis, so rates in California and Rhode Island will differ. Rates also vary between locations within a state. That’s because the risks—of accidents, theft and vandalism—vary significantly from one community to another. For example, people in small towns generally have been found to have fewer auto accidents than people living in large cities, so they may pay less for insurance. Other variables include typical regional weather conditions and local auto repair prices.
Age. As a general rule, drivers under age 25 have more accidents than older drivers, so they pay more. Drivers between 50 and 65 years of age have low accident rates and are sometimes offered discounts. Past the age of 65, accidents seem to increase and rates generally begin to rise again. People over 70 may have trouble finding an insurer to accept them as a new customer, and when they do find coverage, it may be expensive.
Gender. A young man under age 25 generally pays more than a woman of the same age. This is because young men are involved in more accidents than young women and have more than three times as many fatal accidents.

Tax Attorney

When a taxpayer has problems with the Internal Revenue Service, or the state department of revenue, he may be able to solve it himself. However, with the intricacies of U.S. tax law being what they are, the taxpayer may find himself better served in hiring a tax attorney.

A tax attorney specializes in working with taxpayers to solve their problems with the IRS or state revenue department. In fact, they generally focus only on tax issues and relief. A tax attorney can help a taxpayer in trouble make it through an audit, have fines reduced, liens removed, and can navigate through the minefield of small business and self-employment tax issues.

Many small business owners consider their tax attorney to be as vital as their accountant. This is because a good tax attorney can help head off tax problems before they even begin. He or she can see potential trouble spots for a business and can advise the owner how to avoid them.

U.S. tax law is not only labyrinthine in structure, it also changes nearly every year. Thus, a good tax attorney will keep up with the latest changes and can advise clients accordingly. A tax attorney may also be helpful when setting up trust funds, stock portfolios and the like, so a taxpayer doesn't run into unexpected surprises on April 15.

A person looking for a tax attorney shouldn't call the first one listed in the phone book. He should look around, ask friends, or even his personal attorney (if he has one) to recommend a good tax specialist. As a prospective client, the taxpayer should look for a tax attorney with extensive experience in dealing with the IRS, in debt management cases, and in working with real live taxpayers. He should also ask the attorney for references. The taxpayer should also make certain his tax attorney is a member of the American Bar Association and the state bar association. A client should also make sure he knows what his attorney's rates are, and make arrangements for payment early on in the consultation process.

If a taxpayer finds himself in over his head where the IRS is concerned, he should certainly consult a tax attorney. Tax fines tend to snowball, and it is always in the taxpayer's best interests to get problems solved while they are still relatively small ones. Waiting until the last minute to see a tax attorney could be extremely costly, and might result in jail time for the taxpayer, as well as higher legal fees.

Money invested in the services of a tax attorney can be considered a wise investment for a taxpayer.

Manny Pacquiao Wins

Pacquiao-Barrera.Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, bitter boxing promotional rivals whose ongoing feud was holding boxing fans hostage because they refused to match their fighters, reached a peace accord Friday after two weeks of court-ordered mediation.
The settlement, reached Wednesday and signed Friday, was jointly announced by both companies Friday. As a result, several lawsuits between the firms, including the one at the center of the dispute: ownership of the promotional rights to filipino junior lightweight star Manny Pacquiao, are now canceled. Definitely, Great news for Boxing Fans and Manny Pacquiao.PAQUIAO WINS TODAY!!!GO MANNY

When your baby uses his hands, his brains develops, too.

To your baby, the three most important basic functions of his hands are “grasp”, “operate”, and “recognize”. From grasping at your breast and touching your face,to throwing, pulling or turning toys,he is developing the functions of his hands. Hand and brain development are closely related:developing hands is a prerequisite for developing the brain.ideal leaning toys for babies should constantly stimulate their interest and satisfy their desire to play.they should also be clean.help to develop your babies intellect by alternating between having him play with toys by himself and playing hand games wiyh him.

The unconcious movement is called a primitive reflex

The baby looks blanky at his/her moms face because he cannot see very well.but he can hear and recognize his parents voice clearly.baby will feel safe to hear moms voice.
Baby moves his arms and legs, clenching a finger when you press on his palm, sucking at anything that touches his lips, are actually unconscious movements, known as primitive reflex of a newborn baby.this movement is inborn skill and helps baby to survive in the world.
In day-to-day life, your baby hears a variety of sounds.sometimes he will suddenly flinch at a relatively small sound, but this is just a primitive reflex,so it is natural.

Postpartum Depression

You don’t have to deal with your post natal alone-talk to the people around you.
When the delivery is over, your hormones level will suddenly drop. Because of this change, you’ll find yourself crying for no reason,or suffering wild mood swings and depression. This is called postpartum depression,or the ‘postnatal blues’. It is usually goes away on its own after about a month,so don’t worry. If it takes more than few months, you should better see the doctor for help. But you will also feel physically exhausted after your baby is born since you are not used to take care of your baby yet. When it get’s difficult, don’t kep everything bottled up-share your feelings with your partner, family and friends. You may also want to talk with specialists, such as your midwife or health worker. Pigeon also recommends trying some herbal tea,as the aroma may help you feel better, and some such teas are rich in vitamins and minerals

Medical Malpractice

Medical Malpractice occurs when a health care provider fails to act reasonably based upon what would have been expected from similar health care providers under the same circumstances. Some examples of malpractice include failing to timely diagnose a serious condition, improperly performing surgery, failing to properly monitor a patient's condition, prescribing or giving the wrong or incorrect amount of medication, and either failing to or incorrectly interpreting the results of diagnostic tests. Medical malpractice is a highly complex area of the law. Malpractice attorneys must have legal expertise combined with a great deal of medical knowledge.Unlike most firms, we offer our clients the services of highly qualified, experienced attorneys that are very familiar with critical medical issues. This is the most important distinction that you can make in selecting a law firm to represent you in a medical malpractice case.
Medical negligence cases are also complicated by the lack of documents.
Medical records can be destroyed,
changed or "misplaced." It is absolutely essential to obtain all relevant medical records before anyone has a chance to alter or destroy them, if possible.
Another challenging and complicating factor in a medical malpractice suit is that the defendants in a medical malpractice cases are usually doctors or other health-care professionals who are experts in their field.
Defendant doctors are often in a superior position to explain what happened to the patient, who may be under the effects of medications or anesthesia. In some states, hospitals may be sued directly.
In other states, hospitals are protected as charitable institutions or have the protection from the State as a state-run facility. Special laws may come into play in such situations, requiring particular vigilance. etc.
Every day in this country, doctors, hospitals and other health care professionals commit medical negligence resulting in traumatic injury.
A unique aspect of medical malpractice is that the victim often has no idea that it has occurred. As an example, when we review past medical records of individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer, we frequently find that there were signs and symptoms, and sometimes even x-ray findings or other diagnostic studies, that should have lead to the diagnosis of cancer at a much earlier date when it could have been more successfully treated. If you or a loved one suffers an unexpected, serious complication or an unexpected diagnosis is made while under medical care, please give us a call.We would be more than happy to provide you with our opinion as to whether or not an investigation of your treatment should be conducted.
